Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital products—including templates, planners, guides, checklists, printable resources, worksheets, and downloadable files—are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

Business Services

Services including, but not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile Optimization

  • Local SEO Services

  • Website Audits

  • Branding Services

  • Photography

  • Business Consulting

  • Strategy Sessions

  • Website Optimization

require advance scheduling and preparation.

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Should Balance & Be Well be unable to complete a purchased service, an appropriate refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Physical Products

Unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment.

Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.

Service appointments canceled after work has begun may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
